This workshop will arm you with the tools and knowledge to build your own color plans for your blocks, quilts, and other projects. Learn how to make the most of your fabric choices to create the effects you're looking for within your quilting projects. Whether you're a traditional quilter or modern quilter, you'll improve your skills and sharpen your eye.
We will discuss how to identify a fabric's overall color, shading, texture, and tone. Learn how to read and use the 3-in-1 Color Tool and Color Wheel Companion.
Explore Analogous, Complementary, Split-Complementary, and Triadic color plans in fabric! Appreciate colors that just naturally look good together! You'll dive deep into your stash, figure out how to arrange your fabric, and analyze your fabric. Plus, learn how to augment your stash with wise purchases. Hopefully you will look at your fabrics in a whole new way.

This quilt literately sparkles! Offered in three sizes (Throw, Twin, Queen). Michelle designed this quilt combining two of her favorite quilt blocks, the Rambler and V Star (also known as the Peaky and Spike/50-40 or Fight Block).
If you collect or love Fat Quarters, this is the quilt to make! Sparkle utilizes (8, 18, 28) Fat Quarters, plus Background and an Accent. Perfect with any color background. For the most sparkle, go with a high contrast between your background fabric and Fat Quarters. Michelle used a green accent fabric throughout her chain, you could elect any color but try to use your accent color minimally within the Fat Quarters, so that it pops!

Michelle used 12 graduating colors (6 colors in 2 different tones) which gives this quilt a calm smooth feeling. If you are electing to make the Throw or Double, this quilt works great with Solid, Tone-on-Tone or Batik fabric. If you are electing to make the King; consider some large prints, it is perfect for showing off those large floral prints!

Starflower Surprise
STARFLOWER SURPRISE
Michelle's Starflower Surprise combines the Starflower Block and the Beacon Star Block. Offered in four sizes (Wall, Throw, Twin, Queen).
The Starflower blocks are made with multiple sets of two-tone bright colored fabrics, grouping like colorways of Dark and Light fabrics to create the Starpoints. However, you could make all the flowers in the same set of two-tone fabrics or go completely scrappy! The Beacon Star is a combination of the Diamond Starpoints and Large Wedges. The Large Wedges should be made with a Light fabric, creating a circular shadow effect in the background.
